Chewing Gum Removal from School Playground
St. Augustine’s C of E Secondary School, London
St. Augustine’s Church of England High school is a multi-cultural, multi-faith comprehensive school in Kilburn/Maida Vale, London. When the leadership team at the school decided to tackle the sticky problem of chewing gum blight in and around the campus, they called in the experts, the Go-Gum Street Cleaning Team.
Our specialist contracting team were tasked with removing discarded chewing gum from all the tarmac areas on campus. The specialist cleaning work was undertaken during term time with full site safety/pedestrian management handled by our on-site team. The Go-Gum Lanceman DiBO equipment and our team of operatives are capable of cleaning large areas quickly without damaging the tarmac surface. Using our environmentally safe methods, the two-man team handling this project completed the work in just one day, leaving behind clean tarmac and a very satisfied faculty.
