Amey Plc employ Go-Gum Limited to remove chewing gum and deep clean Heathrow Airport

Although you may not be aware of Amey, you will probably have come into contact with their diverse workforce and services on a regular basis. They inspect and assess the state of the nations railways, repair, and enhance key areas of the UK’s road and rail network and maintain key public buildings and spaces such as airports, schools, parks and offices.

The Go-Gum Limited Street Cleansing Team were contracted to deep clean and remove chewing gum to an area of 3,500m² of granite paving at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. The flexibility offered by the Street Cleaning team meant that all works were carried out between the hours of 11pm and 5am in line with BAA’s engineering works practices.
