Harrods Department Store
The Largest Department Store in the UK gets tough on Chewing Gum
Harrods, one of the UK's most recognisable brands and arguably best known store, needed to find an effective chewing gum removal detergent to help in their on-going chewing gum clean up operations.
Harrods high-end department store is located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London, England. The store occupies a 5-acre (20,000 m2) site and has over one million square feet (90,000 m2) of selling space in over 330 departments.
Rob Dixon, Managing Director of Go-Gum Limited commented: "Chewing gum blight affects nearly all pedestrianised areas throughout the UK, even Harrods are not immune to the problem! The in-house cleaning team at Harrods researched a number of chewing gum removal solutions before purchasing the Go-Gum chewing gum removal detergent. Go-Gum Ltd are delighted to be able to count Harrods as one of their many valued clients."
